Hall Refurbishment Programme

We thank the Big Lottery for their help in applying for this grant,
the encouragement given and for the grant itself.

The Hall will reopen on 10 November. We are having an opening day on 26 November and a celebration for all the people who have helped in so many ways.

Adverts will be spread around the area…The YCA, Gardeners club. Coffee morning and possibly Fellowship will all return to a very different hall.

We hope that there will be people in the area who will be happy to volunteer in such a useful hall, perhaps there will those who could organise a Club night, or a badminton night, the hall is a bit narrow, but whilst you learn to play and remember the rules, you can really become good players. Table tennis will also need a volunteer or two. For how to book, the cost of hiring the hall, all of it or part of see Bookings page. Also the cost of weddings, the hire of the hall, the tables, cloths and crockery.

Any suggestions of what you would like to see happening in the hall? Please let us know. Suggestions on the Little Weighton Facebook page or write to 6 The Close or e-mail Beryl Catteral - Chairman or
Prue Campbell - Bookings Secretary
