Basic IT Skills taster session

East Riding College will give a taster session to their basic IT skills course.  No computer skills are needed.  It will cover creating documents and using your images; finding information and shopping safely online; how to make a video call; basic troubleshooting when you get stuck; how to protect yourself against viruses, hackers and other online nasties.
